Given the unique circumstances surrounding the postponement of our scheduled March 28 ENGAGE:
event, we are opening up the option for refunds (see our normal refund policy here).

Submit a ticket on this system to let us know your purchaser information, and we will process transactions as quickly as possible. Refunds will start the week of March 16th for those requesting them, and take several business days to return to your card once initiated.

Please note that only the main ticket amount and taxes are refunded, as service and/or credit card processing fees are collected at the time of transaction by a third party, and aren't refundable.
