We don't typically issue ticket refunds unless an event is sold out and there is a waiting list. When that happens, we can transfer your ticket registration to another user, and then refund your purchase.


If an event is not sold out, we encourage you to consider transferring or reselling your ticket to another user (at face value or lower). 


If either situation applies, you can file a support ticket on this site, or contact us by email in order to let us know what you're doing, so that we can update the ticket information with the new ticket holder name(s).
